Whilst you’re a part of the Bilue team, you’ll receive a generous training budget to be used for any number of things: conferences, courses,
 educational resources, soft skills development… There’s a once in a lifetime conference happening in Europe? Don’t worry, you won’t have to hide in someone’s luggage…We’ll let your training budget contribute towards your flights.

We pay you three days annually for you to get out there and use your training budget, study for a course, or even just read that new textbook you bought. That way, you don’t have to take any leave to complete your training and you can enjoy the day knowing your bank account will only be crying tears of happiness.

You love Australia, you love Bilue, you want to stay, it’s getting cold back home overseas… winter is coming. Bilue can fund and facilitate sponsorship and PR applications for non-Australian citizens so you can stay on with us in the lucky country.

We also have a salary sacrifice scheme for technology relevant to your work, so you can get what you need out of your pre-tax salary. Plus it’s a metaphorical middle finger to the taxman, even better.

Every month we provide a social budget to the first group of 6 or more people that arrange an activity together. Surf lessons, sumo wrestling, Harry Potter re-enactment party.. we’re not here to judge.
